Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 20.00 will be inaugurated the start of operations at the Kayak Indoor pool Gymkayak in Via Michele Amari 43-45 with the support of the school canoe Feel Free Kayak School you.
At the special event will be organized an exhibition of video on the upper course and freestyle canoeing and canoe tourism amateur practiced on the major rivers of the world.

Program kayak Indoor winter 2008-2009:
The activities will take place every Wednesday from 21.30 until March 2009 .
The initiatives are divided into 4 groups:
- Starting : 4 classes lasting about an hour in which they are taught the basic techniques for the conduct of the kayak in still water (lake, sea)
- Further : 3 lessons lasting about one hour in which they are taught advanced techniques for improving the control of the kayak and to gain greater effectiveness of technical movements. At the same venue are taught the basics of freestyle
- Training : proposal for a training program lasting the entire period (November-March) with a frequency of once a week divided between exercises in the gym, stratching and water exercises with the advantage of using all services under one roof. They are available to qualified instructors and teachers of the canoe.
