The Entry Level course is open to all paddlers have a good knowledge of the basic techniques of canoeing river who want to learn the practice of freestyle. The basic requirement for admission to the course is a good command dell'eskimo. The Entry Level course takes place in calm water (lake) and current (no more than the difficulty level) and allows you to acquire the basic techniques of freestyle. The educational model adopted by the current paradigm is based on the PD & VCS (Vertical, Continuity, progression and sensitivity, dexterity), developed by the school You Feel Free kayak school. The course is divided into four practical lessons from the two-hour one two with introductory lectures and lectures with support for shooting video.
