Slalom High course - Techniques slalom applied to the canoe up the course with use of the boat by river

The objective is to convey the techniques of canoe slalom for a more effective conduct of the downhills in the stream. During
will learn various techniques of slalom exercises between doors. Subsequently, the same techniques be repeated during the descent of a river with difficulty between the third and fourth grade.

E 'only intended use of the river by canoe to allow a concrete and more rapid understanding of the various techniques of slalom and some of its variants taxes mainly on the use of different classes of boats.

The course, lasting two days for a total of four lessons is organized as follows:
  • first day (two lessons): Slalom line-up - techniques of slalom gates and routes between the front side and back side
  • second day (two lessons): White Water line-up - slalom courses, technical ascent, entry techniques in life on stream paths
It 's possible to attend even one session. The school recommends, however, full participation in the course for a deeper understanding of the various techniques. Prerequisites

of participants: dell'eskimo mastery, ability to run the kayak route is the third degree.

The course will be held on the Black River in the stretch downstream of the waterfall Marmore in Terni (TR).

The duration of each session is a full day (morning and afternoon).
